Happy Easter I did some choux chantilly with homemade blackberries marmelade
I did a quarter of litero f pate a choux for 18 good size choux bake at 360F for 40 minutes
1 liter of whipping cream 150 of sugar some vanilla
300 g of blackberry fresh marmelade
I make them for us and my neighbours I love to help with comfort food in this hard time I love to help my community it fell good to give back
I love to enjoy them with a cappuccino
Pate a choux
1/4 liter of water
80 g of butter
10g of sugar
5g of salt
125g of flour
enjoy !
