Sunday afternoon cocktail 
Paris 75
for 3 cocktails
4 and 1/2 ounces of Hendrick's gin
2 and 1/2 ounces lemon juice 
2 ounce of honey syrup
6 ounces of Champagne or Crement de Bourgogne 
Few lemon peels 
It's a delicious cocktail for hot summer afternoon 
Very refreshing
