I love traditions This one is from farming villages almost everywhere in France  preserving fruits in alcohol  This is my favourite recipe  Cerises au cognac  500g cherries  100g sugar 300ml of cognac  And this recipe will be ready at Christmas time for  A delicious black forest cake  A clafoutis Enjoy it after a coffee Make beautiful Christmas gifts My favourite deep the cherries in dark chocolate  Traditions are very good keep them alive !!!!! My mom onions pork rillette so delicious great for the apero  Recipe 200g duck fat 1 onion  500 g of grounded pork meat sea salt white pepper and thyme  Cook the onion with duck fat add the meat the seasoning  cook slowly for one hour  Enjoy with a baguette cornichons and a bordeaux  Great apero !!!
