I love traditions
This one is from farming villages almost everywhere in France 
preserving fruits in alcohol 
This is my favourite recipe 
Cerises au cognac 
500g cherries 
100g sugar
300ml of cognac 
And this recipe will be ready at Christmas time for 
A delicious black forest cake 
A clafoutis
Enjoy it after a coffee
Make beautiful Christmas gifts
My favourite deep the cherries in dark chocolate 
Traditions are very good keep them alive !!!!!
