Labour day weekend cocktail




Fresh pineapple margarita 

Fresh pineapple triple sec and tequila

I macerated the pineapple with the triple sec over night

the next day I blend the pineapple I strained the mix and keep the juice 

Add the ice in the glass the pineapple juice and tequila and enjoy it

I serve a flat bread with it 

The best way to enjoy a great afternoon in the backyard
