In north of France we produce some genievre (dutch style of gin ) The most popular is genievre de houlle very delicious I'm from a small farming village community the winter are cold and in the old days the farmers after breakfast have a "bistouille" it's a coffee and genievre mix together It was a drink to keep them warm for most of the day ! It was a tradition now the farmers do not need that anymore But i think the world need this drink a cup of coffee with the peace sign and the gin to warm the HEART The world would be in better place

A charcoal roasted cabbage It's so delicious and very simple to do You need one small cabbage and a charcoal BBQ Roasted for 1 hour directly to the coal the outside of the cabbage will be burn Cut it in small wedges and enjoy it with your favourite dip I did plain yogurt sumac lime zest and chive I's a great a great backyard appetizer in a hot summer day with a chill rose Try it !!!!
