 After a crazy months like the most of us with up and down I'm back with some apero ideas  why not a start ! invited your closed friends and bring some cheeses charcuteries your favourite wine or cocktail and forgot everything start a new life !!! the power of apero time friends finger foods drinks and recreate a better world or be part of the solution enjoy life and stay tune for my next post  life is too short enjoy when you can  cheers sante kampai prost chinchin ...........

Beautiful sunset over the fraser river so beautiful the nature is georgous !!!!  

 It's a liquor I do every year from our family tradition  We need to keep some traditions alive this one is from the village in northern of France  Clean some quince 4 kg cut it in wedges and ground it using a meat grinder  Store in cooler for 3 weeks they will fermented  After 3 weeks strains the fruits and stop the fermentation with an eau de vie I used a vodka  add the liquor in bottle and wait christmas to drink it  Offer it or enjoy it chill at the aperitif  Enjoy !!!!

 Summer is over but the  pandemic still here  We are continuing our cocktail tradition every Sunday afternoon ! We are starting our fall winter outdoor hot cocktail  BLUEBERRY TEA  Earl grey tea Amaretto  Grand Marnier It's delicious and keep you warm ! And of a night at the Apero Bar  Enjoy !!!!

 This was one of our favourite cocktail with Don Julio tequila Campari pink grapefruit juice and Italian soda  at our backyard bar the apero bar  life is too short we need to enjoy every minutes of everyday  Cheers sante

Fresh pineapple margarita  Fresh pineapple triple sec and tequila I macerated the pineapple with the triple sec over night the next day I blend the pineapple I strained the mix and keep the juice  Add the ice in the glass the pineapple juice and tequila and enjoy it I serve a flat bread with it  The best way to enjoy a great afternoon in the backyard  Sante cheers
