My favourite scones applewood smoked cheddar and chive 2 cup of whip cream 2 cup of bread flour 10 g baking powder 10 g of sugar A pinch of salt 200g of applewood smoked cheddar A bunch of chive finely chop mix all the ingredients make 6 balls Baked at 360F for 30 minutes Et voila 6 beautiful and delicious savoury scones Great for breakfast with eggs Great toasted with butter and coffee great for afternoon tea time Enjoy !

I made some friands (sausages rolls) Grainy mustard pork sausages meat or your choice or ground meat and puff pastry Baked it for 30 minutes at F360 And i did a small board with manchego cheese serrano ham and crackers Enjoy Happy Apero !!!
