My potatoes salad it's delicious and easy to do 4 potatoes medium size 6 slices of crispy applewood smoked bacon 3 green onions 2 full soup spoons of grainy mustard 3 pinches of smoked sea salt and I enjoy it with a wiener it's an easy meal to do and on budget the life goes on enjoy good food and don't forget the wine

Doing some baking for my neighbour's It's a difficult time and any acts of kindness are always appreciated I did a croissant dough and I make some Pains au raisins with custard cream Pains with mangoes and coconut Pains with cinnamon and raisins Pains with apple compote and cinnamon it's easy to make and delicious ! Family,friends,neighbours are very important we need to help each other and building great community around the world for the future !

BACON Confort food,breakfast,sandwiches,burgers,pasta,bacon is an important item for the culinary world sliced.cubed,ect ....... we make different types of bacon some are brined and hot double smoked or a hot simple smoked some are dry cured and cold smoked some are are dry cured and air dry for a 10 days like pancetta or ventreche some are dry cured cold smoked and air dry for 3 months There is a bacon for everyone we all used our bacon differently enjoy your bacon !!!!! Boudin noir French style blood sausages In France every village are his own recipe in north of France we add raisin and brown sugar ! It's so delicious A basic recipe is pork blood cream salt white pepper and herbs (thym fresh parsley) Traditionally we serve the boudin with an apple compote mashed potatoes and a glass of cider In the french caribbean island they add some hot pepper flakes to the boudin and they served it with a mangoes compote and plantain bon appetit !

one of my favourite dish Lentille du Puy delicious Lentille from the auvergne area these seed grown on volcanic soil I need 1 onion chopped finely cooked it with lard add salt pepper a chicken stock or veggies add the lentille proportion is one cup of Lentille to 3 cup of liquid add some smoked sausages apllewood smoked bacon pork hocks if you want 30 minutes slow cooking et voila

Olives kingdom !!!! this is BOSA in Vancouver an Italian supermarket specialize in import and locally made Italian food It"s one of my favourite stop for shopping for the perfect Apero ! Saucisson sec,cheeses,baguette,crostini,olives,tapenade,preserves! i just need the wine !!!!

Cassoulet french style bean stew i did it for a special order the recipe 1 onion 6 romana tomatoes 2 carrots medium size 4 garlic cloves 200 g pork fat 1 kg of white navy beans 2 shredded duck confits 500 ml of veggie broth 1 bunch of thym 4 smoked pork chopped 200 g of garlic sausages soak the bean in water over night finely chopped the onion cut the tomatoes in 4 cubed the carrots in a sauce pan add the pork fat when melted add all the veggie cover the pan and cook until you have a nice tomatoes sauce add the garlic the veggie broth the thym the beans and the meat cooked it slowly for 2 hours et voila you can pan fried 8 sausages "toulouse" aside enjoy with a bordeaux !

Playa del Carmen have a lot to give it's a beautiful destination friendly people and the culinary experience are outstanding great bakery delicious coffee beautiful international and Mexican restaurant and there is ALUX a restaurant in a natural cavern we have a fabulous time and a marvelous 3 courses dinner the lobster bisque was superbe after the dinner have a walk to visit the cavern Definitely a restaurant to visit in Playa del Carmen
